Once a bike is purchased and delivered, it is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, even if you request to return the bike a few hours after the purchase. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect the bike before completing the transaction.

We do not offer exchanges for bikes or related products. Once the product is purchased and delivered, we will not be able to exchange it for another model or product.

3. Refund Policy

As we do not accept returns or exchanges, we also do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please review the specifications, features, and condition of the bike carefully before finalizing your purchase.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, if a product is found to be defective upon delivery, we may offer a resolution at our discretion. This could include repairs or replacement of defective parts. However, this does not extend to full returns or exchanges.
